How do I earn points?
Points can be earned through various actions like signing up for the program and engaging with our social media accounts. Once your membership status changes to VIP, points will be accumulated when buying from our store.

How do I redeem rewards?
To access and use your rewards, simply log in to your Pivo360 Club account. Navigate to the rewards section where you can view detailed information on how to redeem your rewards.
Do the points expire?
Points will be reset to zero if no points are earned/redeemed in the past 12 months.
A reminder email is sent 30 days and 3 days before the points expire.

- * Situation B: Customer B redeemed points on March 7, 2023. → Customer B's points expire on March 7, 2024.

Yes. For as low as 400 points, you can get $5 discount for your purchase. Collect more and get $10 discount for 700 points. Lastly, exchange 1,500 points to get 50% off Pivo Standalone Packs.
